How to Register?

There are two registration options for community soccer.

1. Single season (either Fall or Spring) The team is formed prior to the fall or spring registration session and plays a single season.
2. Two season (Fall-Spring) The team is formed prior to the fall season and stays together through the spring season.

Fees for these options are shown on the information page.

For community soccer registration, two forms need to be completed:

1. Registration Form
   
2. Medical-Photo Release Form

   If you wish to have your child placed on the same team as a friend, please complete the Buddy Form and submit it at the time of player registration.

For any player who has registered as a single season player for the fall 2011 season and wants to continue to play at the Kokomo Soccer Club in the spring 2012 season, a continuing registration form must be completed and accompany payment.

For either registration option, each community soccer player receives:

1. Kokomo soccer club practice T-shirt
2. Uniform set (jersey, short, socks)
3. Participation medal
